If you are selling your current home and purchasing another home you can receive TWO cash reward certificates, one for each transaction, totaling up to $20,000!
It costs you nothing to receive your Cash Reward Certificate
We have been chosen by Cash Rewards Inc. to administer the program here in the Greater Connecticut Valley. The program is funded by sponsors like us around the country who redirect a portion of our advertising dollars back into the pockets of our customers instead of paying huge advertising dollars to outside media sources to promote us. We believe that you the customer are our biggest source of promotion and in appreciation for you doing business with us, we are offering you this amazing cash reward program. You pay nothing for the benefit of receiving the cash reward certificate itself. Our real estate fees are our compensation just as in any real estate transaction we’re involved in.

Resolve Corporation, a firm with over 33 years of experience in administering retail promotions, serves as the independent third-party administrator. They alone determine valid consumer claims and control disbursements from the claim fund. This assures the program is run fairly and impartially.
How your cash reward amount is determined
It depends on the price of the home you sell or buy just as when you buy a consumer product. The rebate offer made by the manufacturer is based upon the price of the goods you buy. The maximum cash reward offered is $10,000 per transaction. Buy and sell and earn up to $20,000 cash reward!

Claiming your cash reward involves eight straight forward steps
After the closing of escrow your real estate agent gives you your cash reward certificate. To complete the Certificate Registration process you:
? Make sure to keep your return certified mail receipt as you’ll need it for the redemption process
That’s all it takes to complete the registration process.
On the face of your cash reward certificate is the “issue date”. At the end of 36 full calendar months from the issue date of your cash reward certificate it’s time to claim your cash reward. Here’s how it’s done.
During the first calendar week (7 days including weekends) of the first full month (37th month from your “issue date”) you must do the following:
1. Mail your original cash reward certificates to the ITPA
2. Include the certified mail postal receipt you received at the time of the certification registration process
3. Enclose a legible copy your HUD-1 closing statement from your escrow when you sold your home.
4. Enclose your proof of identity via a legible copy of your birth certificate that has been certified by the registar of births.
5. Include a utility invoice for water, electricity, telephone or mobile phone, or you may send a current bank statement in your name (you can obliterate any account numbers). Whatever you decide to send it must show a billing date or statement date within 90 days of the date you mailed your claim.
That’s it you’ve successfully completed the steps required to claim your cash reward! Payments are made within 30-60 days from the successful redemption.
What happens to unclaimed rewards?
Primary beneficiaries of the claim fund are certificate holders (you) who make a valid claim. The secondary beneficiaries are two nationally recognized children’s charities. If you fail to properly claim your cash reward 100% of the unclaimed monies go to two very worthy children’s charities.
